Bathroom Refurbishment Stow

A Kingham Bathroom is a unique design inspired by the likes of Soho House, Aesop, Ca’Pietra, and gin bars, rustic chic, modern or classic styles.

We offer a precise quotation after taking measurements, discussing your requirements and after you have chosen your bathroom suite and accessories.

To obtain an estimate for a fully fitted bathroom which includes, tiling, flooring, lighting, decorating etc. we use the simple sum of FA x CPM = IE

FA = Floor Area

CPM = Cost Per Metre

IE = Initial Estimate

Note – The initial estimate we provide is an approximate price of a new fully fitted bathroom, a more precise written quotation is provided after evaluating your requirements.

How to Estimate Your Price for a Fully fitted Bathroom

Using the sum FA x CPM = IE; you 1st need to find the floor area of your room, a typical single bathroom starts at 1.7m a 2.1m which generally allows for a standard 1.7m x 700mm bath, 450mm WC, 450mm basin, heated towel rail and space between all fittings

To find the Total floor area you simply multiply the length by the width.

In our example above 1.7 x 2.1 = 3.57m

Our current CPM (Cost per Metre) for a unique Kingham Bathroom is £2,500 (subject to VAT)

Now that we know the FA is 3.57 and the CPM is £2,500 we can provide an IE (Initial Extimate) 3.57 x £2500 = £8,925 (subject to VAT)
